About this Event
We've opened 16 new businesses in this small town in 2020! These "small" areas make big economic impact and these same practices and placemaking strategies can be utilized in neighborhoods, development districts, and microenterprises. Join us for a tour of downtown Sweetwater, a National Main Street community. We will hear about small changes to city codes that allowed multi-use ventures; their open-air market creation; building and attracting entrepreneurs; and business incubators!
